A New Tool for Students and Schools!

Fandor edu Fandor edu: An initiative for film teachers, film students and film schools, designed to foster the teaching and learning (and making) of great films. We are thrilled to announce the launch of Fandor edu! We love film and believe in the power of film education. The program has been created in response to the increasing demand from professors to incorporate Fandor into their school curricula. Fandor edu will launch with a 50% discount offer on monthly subscriptions to students and educators at higher education institutions in the U.S. and Canada. Beyond furthering Fandor’s educational reach, a major goal of this program is to inspire and prepare the next generation of independent filmmakers, and Fandor edu will offer resources and opportunities to support student filmmakers. Over the past 6 months, Fandor has been speaking with educators, students and administrators from over fifty universities to gain a better understanding how film is used and taught both in and out of the classroom. The program will continue to evolve, with special product offerings and resources that support a wider audience of educators. Fandor edu joins our valuable FIX and Fandor | Festival Alliance initiatives. Along with independent filmmakers and festivals, educators and students are a crucial facet of the cinema ecosystem. The ongoing educational discount offer of 50% is now available at Fandor edu, so be sure to redeem it and start reaping the benefits of the program right away!
