Ben Murray graduated from NYU in 2001 with a BFA in Film and Television Production. He worked as a colorist and VFX artist on a variety of features and TV series. Regular clients and series include Martin Scorsese, Alex Gibney, Michael Moore, The Wire, 30 Rock, and Chappelle's Show. In 2009, Murray founded The Room, a post production company which merged with Technicolor in 2015. As a filmmaker, Murray co-produced and co-directed the feature documentary, Unfinished Spaces. The film garnered numerous film festival prizes, won a Spirit Award, and an official selection for Sundance's Film Forward program. He is currently VP of Creative Services for Technicolor-Postworks and is in production on a second feature documentary.
