Currently a camera in an urban space means only one thing: surveillance. But in this film the camera serves as a vehicle of curation - a collection of shots considered and reconsidered; a portrait of a city at a certain time and in certain places. Perhaps a nod to Zorns Lemma in the soundtrack!

I appreciated its experimental qualities, but didn't find it compelling...perhaps if I was more familiar with other of his works it would be more significant to me. I found it to be a collage - but without substance.
seems paintings but it's a movie. Firsts experiments for Greenaway, the first but not the last of his conceptual materical view of cinema.
Interesting, rhythmic and always moving. I greatly enjoyed the image and
tempo of this short.
Greenaway always amazes me.
Rhythmic, subtle & engaging. Very, very engaging.
