Wonderful melody of science and the vulnerability of humanity, of love. Learned a lot, too.

Wow, what an amazing short. Absolutely loved it. Wish I could keep it all the time in my back pocket.
Incredible. This has become one of my favorite shorts ever.
what a well done film! Very beautiful footage I had never seen before.
Beautifully conceived, but I found the narrator's reflections on her personal relationship quite distracting. Carl Sagan's contributions to popular science are so profound, and the Challenger disaster is so profoundly tragic. I resented being pulled away from these portions of the documentary to wade through something that resembled marriage counselling.
amazing
Beautiful love story. Fascinating footage I'd never seen.
In complete awe
OK, Carl you forgot to put genitals on the women for your gold record and why doesn't she get to wave too. Oh well... enough of that. The 16 minutes that this film runs is otherwise just plain fabulous.
